In loving memory and celebration of David's unmatched kindness, humor, botanical knowledge, kick serve, and overhead.
David loved botany and the outdoors, tennis and athletics, hard work and laid-back conversations, his family near and far, good stories, and good friends.
His dedicated, generous, and playfully friendly spirit are fondly cherished gifts, appreciated by so many.
David passed away on March 22, enjoying the peak of the loveliest bloom of azaleas ever at our home in Gainesville.
A memorial celebration for David will be planned for sometime later this year.
